1) Do you have traditions? Typical family gatherings, with cultural food and music.
2) Do you speak a different language or dialect at home? Spanish with my mom and dad (Dad is from Panama and mom Belize)
3) How do you feel now that you are “away from home” – what has become most important to you? Constant communication with family and being able to find locals from the caribbean that share cultural similarities.
