Were there any “red flags” prior to the incident? If yes, how were they addressed? Could anything else have been done?
(For this first question, you will most likely need to research articles online that specifically address red flags that may have preceded the incident.)
What measures, if any, were in place (at the location of the incident) to reduce the risk of an active threat incident?
Were there any concerns regarding the police response that were discussed? If so, what was the suggested remedy?
What were 2-3 takeaways from this review that could be implemented by security/law enforcement when dealing with future events?
