Have you ever wondered why some individuals actually act out their aggressions? There are a number of factors that impact why a person acts out aggressively which can ultimately lead to violence. Your assignment this week provides you an opportunity to research and prepare a lecture on aggression and violence that you would share with undergraduate forensic psychology majors. 
Instructions
Prepare a lecture on aggression and violence for undergraduate forensic psychology majors.  Your lecture will have an informal tone and include a discussion of the following:
Definition of aggression,
Distinction between proactive and reactive aggression,
Overview of the General Aggression Model (GAM), including its benefits and shortcomings,
Relation of gender to aggressive behavior,
Your standpoint on the inborn (evolutionary) vs learned (socialized) theory of aggression, and
A scenario of an aggressive act and how it would be explained by one of the above theories or perspectives.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title or reference pages.
