trend may impact business organizations in the coming years, including both
positive and negative impacts. 4. Recommend what you think an
interested business organization should do regarding this trend. Identify and evaluate, based on relative strengths and
weaknesses, the appropriate analytical tools needed to solve multidimensional
business problems. Construct business analyses and translate the
findings to a diverse audience of experts. Explain the strategic
implications of applying the techniques of business analytics to support the
decision-making of senior-level managers in their organization.
This was my original summary of the
presentation I want to provide.
“With
the reemergence and rapidly increasing popularity of the new generation of AI
systems, some of the earlier AI-based decisioning systems have been gaining
popularity, having new and improved contextualization, and promising new use
potentials and value propositions” (Delen, 2020). Artificial intelligence has
been around since the early 1900’s. AI can be used in almost any field of work,
once it has the full understanding of how everything is integrated.  AI can consume as much information as humans
without having to worry about many limitations. According to Kaplan and
Hanlein, AI has the capabilities of automating tasks and processes, handle
large sums of data, reduce human error, and help facilitate quick decision
making (2019). The discussion above makes it clear
that AI will become as much part of everyday life as the
Internet or social media did in the past. In doing so, AI will not only impact
our personal lives but also fundamentally transform how firms take decisions
and interact with their external stakeholders (Hanlein, Kaplan 2019).
