Your Company: TDR, Inc.
Scenario: As senior managers at TDR, Inc., your team has been assigned to research the State of Delaware as a potential location for TDR, Inc.’s East Coast headquarters and make a recommendation to corporate executives (CEO, vice presidents), and members of the Board of Directors. Your proposal and recommendation must be supported by data and research – NOT opinion.
Situation: TDR, Inc. is a growing technology company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Due to the company’s growth, one of the organization’s strategic goals is to open an East Coast headquarters. The new headquarters will house approximately 500 current and new employees including management, software development, and marketing. The headquarters will also be the site for corporate meetings and events for shareholders and the Board of Directors.
The company is looking for an accessible location with a strong local and regional talent pool in management, marketing, and software development. Some current employees will be encouraged to relocate to the new East Coast headquarters.
Consider the following in your proposal and recommendation:

* Benefits: What are the benefits to the company and current employees to relocate to Delaware?
