Choose 2 of the following influences/events
to apply to your life (or the life of someone you know well).  You will make your choice based on which of
the following had the greatest impact on you or influenced you the most:

which the influence/event occurred:
After selecting 2 of the influences/events above, you will:
1.     
In separate paragraphs,
describe or define the influence/event
you chose. You may use textbook definitions as long as you use quotation marks
and cite/reference the textbook.
2.     
Explain who was impacted by the particular influence/event. If you are writing
about someone other than yourself, you can use an alternative name to protect their
identity.
3.     
Explain specifically what the influence or
event was.
4.     
Explain how
the influence/event impacted you (or
someone you know well).
5.     
Be specific
and give thorough explanation of how you
feel you were impacted or changed because of the influence/event.
Format: Use no more than 2 pages (1-inch margins), 12 point
font, double-spaced text. Only use your name as a heading. Do not use a
cover page.
Make sure you have
proofread your paper checking for complete sentences, misspellings, proper
grammar, and correct format, etc. Papers with multiple errors will be returned
for editing and may receive point deductions and/or a late fee.
