Write a full 8-page paper on your leadership style and how you think this would be beneficial in a leadership role. You should use sources that support your thoughts.  You should cite a minimum of 6 references.
Use the leadership style Tranformational leadership and/ or Coaching leadership. Use examples of being a dancer, dance instructer, older sister, and first generation college student ashow this leadership style is used in my daily life and impact it has. Be sure this is written in first person as a reflection.
