With the 2022 Winter Olympics scheduled to be held in Beijing, viewers around the world will once again consume sports and athletic disciplines outside of their normal consumption habits.  For this case study, you will pick one sport or discipline from the 2022 Winter Olympics to highlight.  You will research the sport or discipline of interest, and prepare a case study addressing the following content:
Briefly introduce the sport/discipline (e.g., Olympic competing countries, top three ranked teams/individuals)
Briefly discuss the rules of the sport/discipline.
Briefly discuss the history of the sport/discipline.
Explain the format of the Olympic competition (e.g., number of teams/individuals, type of competition bracket used, How long the competition with last [one day to two weeks).
Past Olympics winners in sport/discipline and competition in the Olympics.
Briefly discuss the international management/governing body of the sport/discipline (e.g., what organization regulates the sport at the international level, responsibilities of organization, leader of organization).
You will properly cite any references used and include a References list at the conclusion of the case study consistent with APA guidelines and the Writing Tips and Plagiarism documents on eCourseware. You will not copy information from another source. Information needs to be in your own words with the exception of direct quotes.  Any work that is plagiarized will be an automatic 0 and subject to university discipline. Your paper will be a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 5 pages, double-spaced, with 1 inch margins in Times New Roman font.  You will include a cover sheet with the following information: Name, Class, Date
