Utilize the relational leadership model to assess what is currently being done around restorative justice , and what is missing in restorative justice (including the five components: Inclusive, Empowering, Process-Oriented, Ethical, Purposeful). At some point in the paper can you discuss about how taking accountability and apologizing can help people work with restoravtive justice. Please use examples of restorative justice within the United States. Please make sure the papers provides concluding remarks that show analysis and synthesis of ideas.
