Write and submit a project proposal for your final capstone.
The proposal should be approximately one page long. It should answer the following questions:
What is the problem that you are attempting to solve?
How is your solution valuable?
What is your data source, and how will you access it?
What techniques from the program do you anticipate using?
What is the biggest challenge that you anticipate facing
Please make sure these questions are being answered.
Did the student talk about how they will access the data?
Is the data set clearly defined ?
Did the student clearly outline the techniques that they anticipate using?
Is the project utilizing the specialization topics from the curriculum?
Did the proposal clearly outline the problem it’s attempting to solve?
Did the student discuss the biggest challenges they anticipate facing in the project?
Did the student show how the project solution is valuable?
Are the project goals clearly articulated and achievable?
Did the proposal talk about the project in terms of a product that end users can use? Even if the student doesn’t have a user-facing product at the end, they should discuss how a user could use their “product”?
