Slide 1 Executive Summary  :Executive summary is clear, concise, and effective; summary provides a thorough overview of the business, and fully outlines and describes main points. A Balanced Scorecard is fully used in all four areas to review the progress of the company within the computer industry.
Slide 2 Business Description : Presents the business idea thoroughly and effectively, including the company’s mission, vision, goals, objectives, and overall strategic direction; fully outlines the reasons for launching the venture, and describes product/service offered, company focus, and business model; clearly and convincingly articulates the company’s distinctive value proposition as described and applied by Porter’s Three Generic Strategies.
Slide 3 Internal and external environment analysis : By properly using a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT Analysis) and Porter’s Five Force Model, the student provides a thorough analysis of industry size, segments, maturity, opportunities and threats in the industry, overall trends and outlook for the industry, and major competitors; specifically identifies target market and consumer demographics, and fully describes niche in which the company will operate; clearly presents significant competitive advantages and effectively analyzes their impacts on organizational success
Slide 4 Political, Regulatory, Socio-cultural Technological Analysis  : Provides a thorough analysis of political, regulatory, socio-cultural, and technological environment, overall trends and outlook for the industry, and environments in which the business operation specifically identifies potential threats and opportunities in the political and regulatory environments and fully describes technological advantages the company has and effectively analyzes their impacts on organizational success. Each team throughly applied a stakeholder analysis for all stakeholders that are affected by the computer industry.
Slide 5 Marketing Strategy : Clearly outlines and describes the marketing plan and an effective overall marketing strategy for the future of the enterprise; provides details regarding pricing, promotion, advertising, distribution, media usage, public relations, and web/social media presence; fully describes sales management plan and composition of sales force; provides a comprehensive and detailed budget for marketing plan
Slide 6 Financial Plan :Presents an accurate, realistic, and achievable financial plan for the organization; the financial plan includes reasonable and fully supported income projections, current and pro-forma (projected) financial statements, and financial ratios to clearly identifies and effectively justifies possible sources of financing. A thorough analysis of the company’s stock price throughout the semester must be part of the financial plan.
Slide 7 Operational Plan : Effectively outlines and develops an operational plan for the company to grow; the plan clearly identifies needs relating to human resources, facilities, and technology infrastructure; and fully describes where manufacturing the product is currently taken place. The impact of COVID must be part of the assessment. Issues related to supply chain issues must be included.
