Use APA style (7th edition): 12 pt font, Times New Roman, Double-spaced, write a Reference section (if applicable)
Each essay will be roughly one or two pages double spaced (250 – 500 words).

Organization:
Make sure when you are writing you keep your thoughts organized so it is easy for the reader to follow and understand.
Each essay should have an introduction paragraph, paragraphs in the body, and a conclusion paragraph.  
The introduction paragraph should briefly discuss the specific point of the essay and state the thesis. Give a short overview of the topics that will be discussed in the essay.
The body of the essay should provide content related to your thesis. 
The conclusion paragraph should summarize the main points of the essay and reconnect the reader to main thesis.  
Every paragraph should be at least three sentences. 
Every paragraph should start with a topic sentence and the rest of the sentences in the paragraph should be related to that topic.  Do not jump all over the place.  Keep your thoughts, evidence, and arguments organized. 
Spelling and Grammar:
Make sure you check your essay for spelling mistakes and appropriate grammar before you submit your assignment. 
Content:  
Make sure you comprehensively answer the question(s) that is being asked.
