Include a cover page
Include an Abstract (a paragraph on the 2nd page, after the title page, that describes what your paper is about)
Include introduction paragraph outlining the issue(s), the body of the paper should cover and support the opening statements and end with a conclusion.
Research Paper must be a MINIMUM of 5 FULL PAGES NOT including the Cover page, Abstract, and Resource page(s) (5 FULL pages, top to bottom, per student if you are working with other people)
Use at least five sources per person outside your textbook to support the paper. Each student should have at least:
Three (3) cases relevant to their topic to discuss in their section of the Research Paper (NOT case summary format) AND
Two (2) laws relevant to their topic
Double spaced, 1” margins, Times New Roman 12 font
Sources should be correctly cited IN the paper AND listed on your reference page (On Reference Page – references grouped under name of each student in the group if you chose to have a partner or small group)
A reference page should be last and correctly cite sources used (in APA format)
