This three-page paper is a critical thinking assignment that should tie together the concepts and principles learned over the semester in coordination with your own strategic analyses of popular state-of-the-art campaigns of your choosing. 
After analyzing many organization’s communications over the semester, we have discussed both successful and unsuccessful campaigns. Consider what made the successful campaigns work? What strategies described in our readings were implemented?
The paper should discuss the role and importance of strategic communication as a process, and thus, illustrate your understanding of the principles of strategic communication.
You should address the following…
Elaborate on the purpose of strategic communication, including a brief analysis on how the separate disciplines utilize strategic communication (CH1). How market structure could impact the strategic communication process should also be considered (CH1/CH9).
Explain the audience’s impact on a campaign (CH5) and the importance of prior research (CH4). Provide an example of how the audience can impact a campaign. 
Discuss strategic communication’s role in society regarding diversity and cultural differences (CH2), as well as how the communication strategy is placed within context (CH6). Provide an example for both diversity and cultural difference and discuss how they were placed within the cultural context (CH2) and the company’s context (CH6).
Discuss the connection between persuasion and strategic communication, considering both the hierarchy of effects and the hierarchy of needs, as well as consumer beliefs vs. values (CH3). Provide examples for each.
Discuss the media mix and optimal touchpoints. Provide an example of a company’s strategic communication that maximizes the media mix to their advantage. How do the PEO, PESO, and PESOC models apply to this example? (CH7).
