This paper should be 5-7 pages in length, excluding the cover page (12 pt. Times New Roman font, 1” margins), and should be turned in no later than one week after the conclusion date of the internship. The paper must include the following content:

Intern’s reflections on the internship experience:
Share one or more defining moments of the internship (both good and bad).
What did you learn about yourself?
What specific skills would you like to develop in preparation for your next employment opportunity?
What courses, concepts, theories, etc., were you able to utilize and apply to your internship experience?
What are some areas that could be covered better in the classroom for this internship?
Describe ONE problem you faced/addressed during your internship and how you solved it.
Did the experience meet your expectations? Why or why not?
What would you do differently in pursuit of and during the internship?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of this internship?
Would you recommend this site to future interns?
