Craft a plan for engaging your school student council, your classes, or your school’s Parent Group in an investigation or discussion of this issue. Your plan can be presented in outline form with links, or in a set of slides. It should include the following details:
At least one text or video that you will have the students/parents discuss in order to help them begin thinking about the issue you identified. Include the protocol or directions that you will give them for organizing their discussion and taking notes.
A clear explanation of the issue, challenge or problem that you set out to address;
An explanation of the perspectives you learned from students/community members and teachers about this issue and how they influenced your thinking
An explanation of  the action steps you identified;
A question or set of questions that you would ask the students/parents to consider or discuss

Craft a plan for engaging your school leadership team, full faculty, or full staff in an investigation of this issue. Your plan can be presented in outline form with links, or in a set of slides. Your plan should include the following details:
At least one text or video that you will have the faculty and/or staff discuss. Include the protocol or directions that you will give them for organizing their discussion and taking notes.
At least one set of data that you will have the faculty (or faculty and staff, if appropriate) read/watch and discuss. Include the protocol or directions that you will give them for organizing their discussion and taking notes.
A strategy for helping your faculty/staff hear the voices of students and community members as they consider this issue.
An overview of both adaptive and technical reforms that could be proposed for discussion, along with a list of data or information that would be needed in order for teachers to discuss them.  Include the protocol or directions that you will give them for organizing their discussion and taking notes, and all links or titles of resources that you will have them explore.
