The submission must be 3,000-3,500 words (12 pages) double spaced. Submissions must include three (3) textbook references from three different chapters and eleven (11) non-textbook references (below) using parenthetical citations. Students are welcome to include additional information from lectures, guest speakers, individual experiences, etc. Please do not submit a bibliography unless there are sources outside of assigned readings.
