This is an individual assignment that you will submit by Thursday, April 18, 2024 11:59 PM on Brightspace. Choose a publicly listed company; it can be a U.S. firm or a multinational company. Position yourself as its chief executive officer of Johnson and Johnson, and then perform a due diligence that encompasses the following aspects: 
Describe the company’s background and situation;
Conduct external analysis with tools and techniques that you have learned before the mid-term exam (Chapter 3);
Perform internal analysis with tools and techniques that you have studied (Chapter 4);
Elaborate the firm’s business strategy: generic strategies (Chapter 6), innovation (Chapter 7);
