Component 3: Individual report

Required:
1. Total 2000 words for the two parts
Part A: Evaluation of Decisions and Results (Approximately 1,000 words):
Discuss and assess decisions made during the simulation (Showcase results and performance metrics).
Part B: Forward-looking Strategic Plan (Approximately 1,000 words):
Develop a strategic plan for the next 3 years based on simulation outcomes (Justify goals and strategies considering simulated market conditions).
