This assignment was done in steps earlier I already completed 4steps which included concluding a case study, preparing SWOT analysis and Partial Report. Now I am on step 5 for which I had to prepare a full report which includes situational analysis, option analysis, decision critera. 
I already did step 5 also, but professor was not statisfied with it. In step 5 I need to add definition of success, critical issues, situational analysis, option criteria and recommendations, Out of these I already did definition of success, critical issues, situational analysis in step 4, which were passed by professor. Basically now I only need options analysis and its recommendations. I am gonna attach all the files which would include case, Step2-4(passed) and step 5 that was not passed by professor along with his comment on it. If something else would be required I would share those directly with the writer, I do have some notes from class.
