Please note that the aim of the essay is not to summarize what has already been done, but to answer a particular question to which there is not necessarily an answer. The writer will therefore have to find a particular question on the topic to answer at the very end of the work and for which to offer solutions. 
(1)I firstly need a detailed plan, including the research question, the importance of it and all sources seperated in 3 sections: Canadian legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence. This plan will then be approved by my supervisor. 
(2)Once it is, the actual essay: 
Must include an overview of Canadian legislation on the subject. It must also be based on Canadian doctrine on the subject and finally present concrete examples of Canadian jurisprudence. After having taken stock of the current situation, we must do a section on the major historical issues and then the current issues-challenges. It would be interesting to make some comparisons with other countries where the law is different (this part must be brief because the project must relate to Canada). Finally, at the very end I would like to include a section presenting a personal opinion on the subject and a perspective on the future.
