The purpose of this paper is for you to create a comprehensive homeland security plan related to one of the terrorism issues below:

cybersecurity,
weapons of mass destruction (WMDs),
domestic terrorism, or
critical infrastructure protection.
Your research paper must discuss the following areas:
threats or hazards associated with the topic;
core capabilities, such as information sharing and intelligence gathering associated with the topic;
historical incidents and lessons learned;
regulations and policies regarding the topic;
psychological effects of terrorism on individuals or groups;
intervention strategies to mitigate psychological distress for a threat or hazard,
suggestions for recovery; and
suggested improvements to the topic area.
The research paper must meet the requirements listed below.
Your research paper must be at least four double-spaced pages in length, not counting the title page and references page. If you include an abstract, the abstract does not count toward meeting the four-page requirement.
Include literature from at least two sources and utilize the CSU Online Library to find a minimum of two additional scholarly resources (total of four resources).
