The goal of this assignment is to create a Career Development Plan so that you can use and revise it as you progress in your career.  Provide answers to each question below and submit your typed answers to the D2L dropbox by the due date. Use Microsoft Word or compatible format.  Students should demonstrate mastery of college level writing. Points will be deducted for work not following these guidelines. There are two par
ts to this assignment.    
Part 1: Course Recap & Synthesis 
In this first section, you will fill out these tables with the relevant information. Reference previous assignments where you brainstormed this information to help you fill out the tables.    
Part 2: Goal Setting (2 to 3 pages)
In this second section, you will focus on setting goals. It is important to have both short-term and long-term goals in mind as you want to keep the big picture in mind as you plot out next steps in your career. With any goal you set for yourself, you will want to make sure that it is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant & Time-Bound). Find examples of SMART career goals here. Write out two short-term and two long-term goals (four in total) using the SMART model described above. After listing each goal, write in 1 to 2 paragraphs why this goal fits with your career aims and what activities you will take to accompli
