The final paper has 2 sections.  The first section is the interview of a Human Service professional.  The second section is the application of the ethical standards of the Human Services (CSHSE, NOHS).  
Speak with a human service professional worker (counselor, social worker, outreach worker, supervisor, etc.)at a local community-based agency. Focus your discussion/questions on the following topics:
Mission, structure and funding sources of agency 
Recipients/Eligibility of the agency’s services
Job titles, job responsibilities of professional staff
Motivations for the professional choosing HUS profession
Academic preparation of professional for HUS position
Typical day at work
Trends or challenges in the field over the years
How professional ethics are applied in the agency
Read the National Human Service Code of Ethics and Standards. Select two (2) standards. Write the standard, and then describe how each specifically/directly applies to the agency you have researched.
Include a conclusion paragraph that summarizes 1-8
