The assignment is to undertake an individual strategic recommendation for a company (Prada Group) using a strategic analysis of company’s position.  You should take the role of a ‘business analyst’ who is employed to provided a strategic analysis and use this to make a strategic recommendation for corporate readers. The word counts should range from 2500 to 3000 with a maximum word count of 3300. Please provide a few created graphics (figures and tables). The font should be Times New Roman size 12 with 1.5 spcaed lines and 2.54 cm margins. I will include screenshot of the assignment breif and a screenshot explaining how the executive summary should be done. I will also include examples from last year that was done well.
