Students will select and read a biography (book) of an entrepreneur and write a paper telling the entrepreneur’s story. Your book selection must be approved by your professor. Your paper should include the entrepreneur’s personality traits, strengths, life experiences, etc. that led him or her to launch a business. What roadblocks slowed the progress and how were these overcome? How did he or she respond to failure or success?
In addition, students will reflect on their own story in this paper, examining how their own strengths, life experiences, education, personality and faith are shaping them to use innovation to solve problems and create value through a new business or in existing businesses and organizations. 
The paper must be between 5-7 pages, not including a title page or references page (5-7 actual pages of content). The paper must be well written, grammatically correct, using the APA style guide.
