Students are to summarize the Powerpoint (PPT) or the related chapters in the book on defining forensic health and the myths and realities
Each Chapter Summary is at least five pages long, though students can write as much as they like
Students are to answer specific questions (see below)
Students are NOT to use direct quotes or their personal experiences or opinions.
Students are to use their own words when summarizing the material

Define all vocabulary words
What are the myths and realities mental illness and crime/violence?
Define and provide examples of the three intersections of forensic mental health and the law.
What are the general relationships between mental health and crime/violence?
Define the theoretical conceptualizations of mental illness and crime/violence.
Remember
All writing is in paragraphs. Paragraphs are 4-8 sentences long
All work is double spaced, Times New Roman 12-point font.
Students are to create a header where they are to put their names, the semester/term, the course number, and the name of the exercise single-spaced.

Assignments that do not adhere to these standards will be docked points. Students will also be docked points if they unnecessarily use up space by doing any of the following: indenting the entire response, numbering/bullet pointing the entire response, skipping unnecessary spaces, extra spaces, or otherwise wasting space where they should be writing. These are common tricks. Please do not allow your intelligence to be questioned by attempting them.
