first tasks is to design an innovation plan. Apply Tidd
and Bessant´s simplified model of the innovation process to develop:
• a new product: High-quality camping

The innovation plan should
consist of the following:

these can be mitigated

should take in their innovation strategy The Managing Directors have a short
attention span, they do not want a lecture on theory in detail. They need to
know the facts from the field and therefore the report must contain the most
important information so that they can evaluate the above points and make
strategic decisions. Your assignment paper should be professionally structured
including a table of contents with page numbers, and references. You might
insert tables, graphics, or illustrations.
