Read the following case scenario to develop an intervention plan using community resources from your local community. 
Case Scenario: 
Portillo Elementary School is a charter school. On Monday morning, faculty and students came to school to hear the news that an instructor died in a vehicle accident over the weekend.
Several instructors and students immediately became tearful upon hearing the news. You are a community crisis specialist. The school’s principal has called you and your team in to help the faculty and students process the event. As you begin your assessment of the group, you find out the math teacher is an veteran from the Afghanistan war and has been experiencing flashbacks since hearing the news.  
Instructions:
After reading the case scenario, write a 1,250-1,500-word paper that addresses the following: 
How many behavior health professionals do you need for your intervention, and what roles do they need to play? What needs do you expect those professionals to meet?  
Develop an intervention plan using CISD steps to address short-term and long-term trauma effects. 
Identify two to three possible community and individual resources that you would incorporate into your plan. These resources must be actual agencies within your community. 
Compare and contrast private and military responses to trauma, and address how these responses have changed in the last 40 years.
Use two to three resources to support your ideas.
