(Scenario 1) Each student will write up an individual report to comment on the workplace visit about health hazard evaluation (construction site visit ).  There are several types of occupations in construction industry.

What is the structure of the company?
What are the occupational hazards for occupation (job nature)?
What are the immediate/potential risks?
What are the control measures?
Are they properly used?
What are the challenges and opportunities in implementing these control measures?
Which of them do you think should be accorded top priorities in order to protect workers’ health?
What measures would you recommend to improve the workers’ health?
How do you think the relation between work and health among these workers?

The presentation and report should be based on the students’ observations and critical evaluation of the worksite visit rather than the published well known fact. References like tables, graphs, charts, will not be counted towards word count.
Assessment format:  • Individual report: 30% (<1500 words)
