Vodcast needs to be presented as a case study where you outline:

A brief description that led to the diagnosis of their disease (really important to find reasons for everything)
You will then be required to address the following and relate your answers to your person. 
Explain the aetiology of their disease. 
Explain the pathogenesis of their disease. 
Explain how the pathogenesis of their disease relates to their clinical manifestations. 
As well start with an introduction of what is ovarian serous carcinoma, their statistics, andtypes, plus other useful information before starting with case study.
You need to include an annotated reference list at the end of your vodcast presentation. An annotated reference list briefly describes how each source was used in the development of your vodcast presentation. 
Your annotated reference list work needs to be formatted in accordance with APA 7th edition referencing guidelines. 
Vodcast needs to be your own original work; you cannot include YouTube clips or other videos as part of this assessment task.
