PART ONE
This is a MOCK TRIAL. ALL NAMES ARE FAKE 
I will attach all the details to the order,
I will be giving you a scenario, using that scenario you will be deciding on a DISPARATE sentence (dont have the defence and the DA agree) for the person in the scenario. You will need to write a 1 page introduction, 1 page as if you were a defense attorney what would you do/say to defend your client, 1 page if you were a prosecutor what would you do/say, 1 page the judge’s decision. Although I’m giving a scenario, you can use your creative writing and add to the story ( but make it realistic ofc). 
This is not a real law school essay so you do not need any crazy knowledge, but you can look up simple sentences to give to the person on the mock trial. 
Use the tender of plea sheet attached below as a guideline to your sentence and upload it back please
You might see in the assignemnt pdf it says to write two pages for each side, but one page for each side is fine is thats what I’m paying for.

PART TWO 
One page, not related to the above content, you will watch a video and write besides on the instructions provided

Please dedicate a full page to this 
please do not leave any space for name, date, etc, anywhere on the assignemnt
Please use normal local American English ( i don’t need it fancy) 
I provided powerpoints that were used in the course, and the book that was used. Please go through the powerpoints to get an idea of the course, and feel free to use the book for reference. I also provided a template to use as a reference as well.
