After reading and watching the video, submit your first impressions of your group – what have you seen as forming, storming and potentially norming behaviors? Identify the stage that your team is currently in and discuss what your group needs to do next to get prepared for the performing stage.
first impression everyone was very nice but shy. Seemed like people were embarrassed to start so being older i took inititive to begin the group discussion. 
Forming: i went back to read everyones first discussion post in my group to get to know them a bit. 
Storming: We had a group member quit last minute without turning in anything. We had to scramble to gather information for her part and it shortened our video time.
Norming: We all worked together to submit something and make up for what we were missing as best as we could since we were still responisible for cleaning up our own parts of the speech/powerpoint. 
Performing: I don’t believe we got to this stage. We were all scrabbled and worried about how the last minute makeup was going to effect us. We were all very nurvous. I feel like it would have helped had we all met up in person.
