“In order to continually
adapt to remain solvent and competitive as a leader, and to gain a competitive
advantage today, the best leadership theory would be situational leadership. A
leader that maneuvers with using this situational leadership theory would be
able to easily adapt to whatever specific situation is going on within that
moment. This kind of leader may be able to also change their leadership style
as well, which would make this easier for them to gain a competitive advantage.
An individual adapting to the situational theory would be able to successfully
take charge and do what is best for their                    organization at that particular time
depending on what is going on in that moment. A situational leader is able to
also change their style of leadership depending on the specific level that is
necessary at that  time. This particular leader can go with the flow and also
possibly get ahead much faster than their       competitors since they are able to
adapt and see things for how they are within that particular time,    and this can
lead to much success for the organization as well as any employees within.”
