Question 4.  If you were employed by the WHO, and tasked with developing a plan to spend a significant (but limited and possibly one time)budget on improving the public health conditions in this region of India, what would your priorities be? How would you Plan, Do, Check, and Act? How would you address this differently than your plan to reduce hospital acquired infection,as we discussed earlier?
