4.  Use specific, cited concepts from Public Service Values in answering the three questions asked on page 133 about the Park Woods case study:
“If you were in Jill’s position, what would you do?” 
“How can the competing values be reconciled in a way that preserves Jill’s sense of integrity?”
“Are there values that are more important than integrity in this situation?”
