Purpose:
In 1986 Congress passed what is known as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.  Originally this act was designed to protect classified information, financial records, and credit information but only on government and financial institution computers.  Since then, the act has been amended several times.

Tasks:
Write a paper on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). Your paper should include the following topics:
History of the CFAA
Summary of the CFAA
How attorneys should use the CFAA
How it compares to current state hacking laws
Additional requirements:
Paper must be in APA formatting.
Must have a reference page with at least 3 references, with one being from either a government entity or a peer reviewed source.
At least 70 percent of the paper needs to be in your own words.
Paper must include a title page, introduction, body, conclusion, and reference page. 
The paper should be between 3-5 pages. (This does not include the title page and the reference page)
