1.Apply the concepts of Inclusionary and Inclusionary Surveillance and Interpellation to a comparative analysis  of three readings and two films listed below.  Please discuss the films in themselves as practices of sousveillance based on how they represent and criticize inclusionary and exclusionary surveillance regimes and practices.
1500 words minimum, but you can exceed that limit for extra credit. The 1500 word minimum does not include bibliography. Your essay must be evidence based i.e.  discussing quoted passages  from the selected articles and discussions of specific scenes from the films, You do not need to summarize the entire film only selected scenes that can be interfaced with the chosen readings and your thesis. Extra credit if you discuss Pastoral Power versus Cynegetic Power (Manhunting)- consult the powerpoint presentation sent to you.
Do not comment on texts or the film you have previously discussed in your midterm, you can cite the films listed below if they were not discussed in  the midterm.
2. Submit the midterm as a Word or Pages file format by email. NO PDFS AND NO FILES NEEDED TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM A DRIVE!   SUCH FILES  will be considred non responsive to the prompt and will be not accepted for comments and grading.  Title and name your essay and number your pages.
