Previously, you analyzed a piece of popular scientific communication about a natural disaster. The word “popular” in this context means written for the general public as opposed to scientific journal articles which are written for scientific communities.  Now, you will use those principles in your own writing. In 750-1000 words, describe an example of an earth-based disaster (earthquake, volcano, tsunami, climate change, landslide, sinkholes are all examples but you can suggest others for approval). This should include:
1) The time, place, and cause of the disaster. 
2) The effects on human populations. 
3) Lessons learned from the disaster, or changes made to lessen the impact of future disasters.
4) An APA style bibliography with at least 3 non-Wikipedia references and in text citations.  Direct quotes are not permitted.
5) Do not report the same disaster you analyzed previously in the science article evaluation assignment.
