Only focus on PART 1: OVERVIEW and the checklist items in the checklist. Attached is the literature review that was completed. Also attached is the approved prospectuf for additional informaton. 
For the Introduction please ensure the following is added:
Establish
the broader context for the overall dissertation, providing evidence that it
has relevance to society. 
Describe the specific problem being addressed in the
dissertation, why the project logically needed to be conducted within this
broader context, and the potential positive social change implications of the
findings.
For the background please ensure the following is added:
Synthesize
existing literature that the overall problem is relevant to the discipline. Be
sure to note any competing views on the nature of the problem.
Identify
the key constructs or variables that align to this problem and bridge the
three manuscripts.
Summarize
what is known about each of these constructs and how they have been studied
in the past.
If
relevant, discuss any overarching theory(ies) or conceptual framework(s) that
organizes this discussion.
Provide
a rationale for this choice.
Describe the specific gap in knowledge (what is not known)
in the discipline that the series of studies will address (this is included in the prospectus document). 
Overview of the Manuscripts, please ensure the following is added (Also found in the prospectus):
Explain
why three studies are needed to address the overall problem.
State
how these manuscripts are designed to be integrated and how they work
together to address the overall gap. Note:
The manuscripts can be framed as parallel projects or as occurring in a
sequence.
