What would you have wanted provided to you to further develop this talent?
How would you have wanted your classroom teachers over the succeeding years to have supported/interacted with you and why?
Who do you think you would be today and what do you think you would be doing if your special gift/talent had been identified and fostered early in your life?
Conclude with a brief paragraph on how this essay has influenced your thinking as you now look at each child with whom you currently work or the children with whom you will work in the future.
