o Detail your approach to ethical decision making. Make sure to explain each step in detail.
o Explain how to set up a proactive ethics program in organizations
Part 3: Leadership Approach (application of course material)
o Give a brief overview of leadership presented in class material, including Dungy’s model and your analysis and application.
Part 4: Sports Ethical Leadership Issues and Answers (application of course material AND outside research)
o Pick three to five sports ethics and leadership issues from course material that are
most interesting/important to you and expound (explain what the issue is and how you as a leader would resolve and also prevent).
Prepare the Final Project Paper using the following guidelines:
3,500 – 4,000 words
APA-compliant formatting, including title and reference pages
Minimum of eight scholarly references which can include the texts and any other course materials, The Holy Bible, and other books and articles from academic sources (Belhaven Library Online), and other periodicals.
