Appropriate resources should be utilised and referenced, demonstrating your ability to research a topic and effectively use the information obtained. Such additional resources may be used for any aspect of your essay; for example, to build definitions, critique, arguments for and/or against, and/or suggestions for reform.
You may select jurisdictions outside of those discussed within the unit, provided that they remain relevant to the topic within the essay title selected.
You must plan and structure your essay correctly, including an introduction and conclusion, making sure to provide signposts for your audience (reader/marker) to help them navigate your essay from start to finish, and provide full and accurate references throughout.
