Discuss what happened in GA, the case of Cherokee Nation v GA, and what happens after the SC decision.
Reflect on the difference between President Jackson’s response to the SC decision in Georgia and President Eisenhower’s response in Little Rock and what that tells about the importance of an independent judiciary.
