Think about things that have motivated you to achieve/accomplish certain tasks this past year.
Identify your task.
What generated that motivation to accomplish that task/goal?
How was this expressed? Was is intrinsic or extrinsic or a combination?
What did you do behaviorally to drive that motivation.
How did your experience differ from a peer or family member’s outcome with a similar goal/task?
Step 2
Explain your motivational experience (identified in Step 1).
Step 3
Write your response in a 200 word response and post it on the discussion board.
Step 4
Read other students’ posts and respond to at least two other students.
Use your personal experience, if it’s relevant, to support or debate other students’ posts. If differences of opinion occur, debate the issues professionally and provide examples to support opinions
