Now that you have read several examples of how well-known executives identified and responded to challenges in their organization, it is time to reflect on your own organization. 
Examine the current state of your organization (or another organization) that has recently experienced a significant issue or challenge. Identify the organization, the work done within it, the approximate number of employees in it, and the role of the executive responsible for addressing the issue. 
Next, clearly define the issue or challenge faced by the leader and what category the challenge would fall into for the purpose of your case study, i.e. organizational, financial, environmental, global, or leadership. Include as much detail as possible and note what actions the leadership took and the result.
