The purpose of this final essay is to develop an argument about an issue of social, political, historical, or scientific significance. This paper should be the culmination of the research and argumentative practices you have developed throughout the semester. You will choose the topic, audience, and rhetorical strategy for your essay. Your final essay will have a minimum of five sources and be 1,200-1,700 (OR MORE) words. 
Once you compose your 1,200-1,700 (OR MORE) word essay, you’ll submit it for peer review. You’ll then revise your initial draft and submit your final here.
