I want to open multiple offices in every state eventually, creating opportunities nation wide. After, 90 days I’m projecting to be at 50k in sales per week. I will hire a account manager to handle those relationships at which point I will open an office 100% debt free. There will always be more recruiters then sales reps. By 2025 I hope to have 2 full time recruiters, one manager, one account executive to run and maintain the current pipeline while adding more to the customer base. I plan to be proactive in this market do promotional events with ABC and sponsorships. I have a solid team thus far including, mount castle insurance group, Northwest reg agents
, the Law office Of Randle Holcomb, CPA, and book keeper/accountant. 
While interest rates are at an all time high high for student loans, weve seen a uptick in trade school producing more labor minded individual sourcing for construction employment.
