LEGAL RESEARCH AND WRITING REQUIRED.
This is a large assignement for a legal trial breif. It requires experiance in legal research and writing. You will need experiance with Lexis+ and know how to sheperdize cases. I will provide a log in for lexis. 
This is a 15 page trial brief. Not all pages are full of writing. There is a title page, table of content, table of citations and etc.
I will need the cases you are going to use with 2 days so I can run them by the professor. I need the argument section completed first so I can review it with the professor. There are due dates inside of this assignment.
