poster/infographic should be positioned as a ‘call to action’ and education
poster, encouraging employee participation in the new programme.
Include in your poster/infographic details of:
1.     The critical structure and process of the Corporate Creativity and Innovation
Programme
2.     The criteria used to assess corporate creativity and
innovation proposals at each stage of the Programme
USE SCAMPER technique,
which stands for Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use,
Eliminate, and Reverse
3.     The key metrics used to measure pipeline projects
4.     As a footnote to the poster/infographic, include a
reference list of at least five creativity/innovation management publications
you reviewed in devising your project.
